Xiao Shun 孝顺
Xiao shun is a Confucian virtue referring to filial piety or obedience to one’s parents. Having duty and respect for parents is extremely important across Asia and this Chinese term is applied to a person who has “xiao shun”; that they show and live by this important virtue.

Dominic has worked with EuRA since 1998 having studied law at university and working in social services. In 2003 he completed his masters degree and returned to EuRA as Operations Manager, spearheading the development of the EARP and later, the EuRA Global Quality Seal and most recently, the MIM online training programme.
